En tant que dessinatrice projeteuse, j' ai été amenée à participer à l’avant-projet (esquisse faisabilité), au projet; permis de construire et PC modificatif, aux plans PRO (envoi aux bureaux d’études et de contrôle pour avis et réalisation du RICT (finition du dossier PRO)), aux plans DCE (dossier finalisé au niveau réglementaire et dossier de consultation des entreprises), aux plans MARCHES (modification suite au retour des entreprises qui ont été maintenues), et à l'après projet; DOE (dossier des ouvrages exécutés). J'ai aussi contribué à l'étude et à la réalisation de la polychromie des espaces de circulation concernant les logements collectifs et des plans de vente pour la phase commerciale.

Diverse actors intervene in the process of the architectural creation of which the draftsman designer.

Service partimoine, ravalement et coloration des façades

Ce travail intervient dans le cadre de campagnes de ravalements. Suite à un diagnostic des façades de bâtiments, il est établi des préconisations de travaux à réaliser par la chef de projet Martine PEZARD. Les préconisations ont pour objectif de restaurer et d'embellir le bâtiment via une recherche de matériaux et de couleurs. Le dossier final auquel j'ai contribué comprend les éléments cadastraux, les vues -bâtiment dans le contexte et vues de détails du bâtiment; chainages, encadrement, etc..et des désordres- , le diagnostic, les préconisations, les états projetés (étude sur photoshop) ainsi que les palettes colorées ( enduit, peinture...: type et référence....).

This work intervenes within the framework of campaigns(countrysides) of restorations. Further to a diagnosis of the facades of buildings(ships), he(it) is established by the recommendations of works to realize by project manager Martine PEZARD.
